Signs of Sexual Abuse

"There may be a variety of signs of sexual abuse. They may include fear of a parent or fear of the person who’s the perpetrator. They may be withdrawn or isolated. They may be overly compliant or cooperative when that’s not typically the way that they often act. They may be sexually precocious. That would be involved in play that is intrusive or inappropriate, and the sense of being sexually inappropriate is more common with younger-aged children."
