- Children have a right to refuse touches to the private
parts of their bodies or touches which make them feel
uncomfortable, scared, confused or "yucky."
- The private parts of the body are those which are covered
by a bathing suit. For older children specify the private
parts by name (buttocks, breasts, genital area, etc.)
